The lack of \u201cgood people\u201d is often cited as the major barrier to growth by our clients. In both the technical and professional sectors, it seems a common challenge. This means you need to be better than your competitors at finding, recruiting and retaining the best people.<\/p>\n<p>We believe the solution to this challenge draws from across our 3P model of Purpose, People &amp; Process.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Purpose<\/strong> \u2013 increasingly people (particularly Millennials) are choosing who they work for because of why they do what they do, not just because of what they do<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process<\/strong> \u2013 having great resources available, along with a simple and effective business model makes it easy for people to do their best work<\/li>\n<li><strong>People<\/strong> \u2013 a simple structure, a transparent and fair approach to managing performance and engaging and respected leadership builds trust and commitment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>About Richard Wood<\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our interviewee for November\u2019s session at the Giant Academy was Richard Wood, MD at Grain.<\/p>\n<p>Richard Wood is a London-born, Kiwi-raised award-winning marketer and digital entrepreneur.
