Client Financial Controller

Role Responsibilities…

  • Client management over meetings, phone calls, emails, and video calls
  • Designing and implementing financial systems
  • Review and narrate management accounts packs
  • Design and manage financial forecasting models
  • Run detailed weekly cashflow forecasts
  • Produce agency benchmarking reports
  • Assist the Finance Directors in controlling the finance function
  • Manage junior members of the finance function, both client-side and MAP side
  • Identify and convert opportunities to deliver more value to clients by selling more of MAPs services
  • Producing content to add value to the agency market and to produce leads
  • To be a brand ambassador championing the MAP brand with networking within the industry and building an online profile
  • Refine and innovate the systems that underpin how we run things at MAP

Accounting Technician

We’d LOVE you to be…

  • AAT or ACCA – Part Qualified
  • Experienced with a minimum of 2 years in an accountancy practice
  • Xero Certified
  • Receipt Bank Certified

  • Strong understanding and practical experience of completing statutory requirements – Personal Tax Returns, Payroll, Pension Contributions and VAT Returns
  • Fully understand double entry book-keeping with practical experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • High level I.T. skills
  • Strong client communication skills – Email, Phone and Face to Face
  • Excellent time management skills

  • To deliver quarterly business performance reviews to clients
  • To identify tax savings for clients using Diagnostax
  • To be the financial representative in clients board meetings
  • Successfully implement MAPs proven bonus scheme model within your clients businesses
  • Hold sales meetings to convert prospects into clients
  • Manage members of the finance function, both client-side and MAP side
  • Continuously train and develop members of your team with quarterly appraisals and ongoing support
  • Identify and convert opportunities to deliver more value to clients by selling more of MAPs services
  • Producing content to add value to the agency market and to produce leads
  • To be a brand ambassador championing the MAP brand with networking within the industry and building an online profile
  • Refine and innovate the systems that underpin how we run things at MAP
