Business Development Manager

Role Responsibilities…

  • Lead generation
  • Coffee meetings with potential clients
  • Zoom/phone calls with potential agency owners
  • Tracking leads in Infusionsoft/Asana
  • Phone/Email follow-ups for outstanding proposals
  • Quoting (via GoProposal)
  • Information gathering call with new clients
  • Internal brief in of Controller and Accountant
  • Establishing new client onboarding timeline, scheduling and follow-ups
  • Attend creative agency events

Accounting Technician

We’d LOVE you to be…

  • AAT or ACCA – Part Qualified
  • Experienced with a minimum of 2 years in an accountancy practice

  • Strong understanding and practical experience of completing statutory requirements – Personal Tax Returns, Payroll, Pension Contributions and VAT Returns
  • Fully understand double entry book-keeping with practical experience

Payroll Administrator

Role Responsibilities…

  • Monthly Payroll Preparation – management of the end to end process for monthly payroll submissions for clients, right through from initial communication with the client through to submitting a pay run through to HMRC.
  • Monthly Pensions Submission – the management and submission of auto-enrolment contributions to the client’s pensions provider.
  • Benefit in Kind – the preparation and management of  P11D returns and PSA agreements for companies who offer taxable benefits.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks – As part of controlling the payroll service there are other non-routine tasks which you would be involved with, these include and are not limited to the onboarding of new clients, implementing new payroll legislative changes, training new staff on the payroll service, and liaising with HMRC when queries arise for clients. You will also assist other team members at MAP in the preparation of employment income for directors personal tax returns
