Last week we hosted our first Lancaster Digital Roundtable with the help of Digital Lancashire, we had what you would call… an INCREDIBLE turnout. Our guest speaker Tony Lacey presented on the topic More Money, More Time, Less Stress.
Tony took our audience on a journey that their businesses or agencies will face, talking them through the common emotional and physical cycles that will occur in their company. The attendees had the opportunity to put themselves and their business on the business journey where insights were introduced to create strategic focal points in order to assist them in creating a business that rewards them with what they originally set out to achieve: More Money, More Time, Less Stress.

Paul has gathered these results from real data averaged confidentially across the My Accountancy Place client base allowing him to create a report showing exactly, what makes these agencies successful and what makes them not so successful agencies fail. He wanted to share this data with agencies, to show exactly what is happening in the industry and how you can use the given metrics to move your agency in the right direction.
